Forest Jay and Messy Hair, Don't Care are heading to the Fine Arts Show at the Washington State Fair! Two PNW favorites — a Steller's Jay perched deep in the forest and a Great Blue Heron having a bad hair day among the cattails — will be on display and available for purchase in Puyallup this year.
